About the Rangers

Rattlesnake Ridge Elementary is an elementary school in the Marana Unified School District in Marana, AZ. We are a Kindergarten through Sixth Grade school with approximately 650 students.

We are located one block west of Silverbell Road on Continental Reserve Loop at 8500 N. Continental Reserve Loop.

We are the home of the Rangers and our motto is “Rangers lead the way, Ooo-Rah.” Our motto is also the basis of our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports system or PBIS. The “O” stands for Observe Safety, ”R” is for Respect Others, and the ”A” represents Act Responsibly. The motto and the three short phrases are a part of our school culture which we expect all students to know and believe in.

As a part of MUSD we are proud to offer Physical Education and Music, taught by teachers certified in both areas. We also offer gifted education through our Gifted Education in Marana (GEM) program.

A certified teacher, in coordination with classroom teachers, is responsible for setting the academic goals of those students on an Individual Education Plan (IEP). We also have services on site for those students who are on an IEP for speech and/or language services.

It is our honor to welcome you to Rattlesnake Ridge and we encourage you to search through our website for answers to your questions.
